Orders cannot be shipped if payment has not cleared. If you wish to cancel or change your order then please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time we may have already sent your order.

Standard Delivery (3-5 days) is £3.50
Express Delivery (1-2 days) is £6

Loss & Damage
Although it very rarely happens; If loss/damage should occur during shipment, we will do everything we can to help locate & resolve the situation. We ask that you report damage within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos so that we may make a claim with our shipper and replace/refund your order for you. If your order is lost we will replace. 


RETURNS

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect:
If your order is damaged/ incorrect/ faulty then we ask that you report damage within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos, then upon our agreement return the item to us via standard rate shipping (please obtain a proof of shipping & receipt for your records). We will then replace/refund your order and your return shipping costs.

Orders that have been cut/altered/damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return/refund/exchange. 

Personalised & Custom orders:
They are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged (unless faulty).  

In Store Returns
Orders paid in store can only be returned to stores for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

All art and imagery are protected by copyright and are the property of Stacey Moore. Any reproduction of Stacey Moore Art imagery, prints, photos and text are prohibited. Unless priorly agreed by Stacey Moore; any re-sale of Stacey Moore Art products for profitable gain is prohibited. Purchase of our prints does not transfer reproduction rights.
